Return policy
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging and tags.
• Personalized or engraved items are not eligible for return.
How to initiate a return
1. Email info@dropshippingdemostore.com with your order number and reason for the return.
2. Our team will provide a prepaid shipping label for eligible returns.
3. Pack the items securely, attach the shipping label, and drop them off with Canada Post, USPS, or your chosen courier.
Refund process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection via email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Return shipping fees may apply unless the item was incorrect or defective.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, follow the same return process and specify the product you’d like to receive instead. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Damaged or defective items
For items that arrive damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@dropshippingdemostore.com. Please include photos of the damage for quick resolution.
